Our Mission

At Cubs Baseball, our mission is simple: to help every young athlete grow - not just as a player, but as a person. We believe in creating an environment where kids feel supported, challenged, and inspired to reach their full potential.

He's being exposed to good coaching, playing against more experienced players, but most importantly at this 12 year-old age, he is making connections with his teammates that only enhance the camaraderie on the team, and the new friendships that are starting out his middle school experience on an extremely positive note! "We were new to the Cubs this year and had such an amazing experience. Coming from other travel ball teams we were expecting to not fit in right away. Beginning at tryouts my son was welcomed with open arms both by the coaches and the players and felt like part of the team right away. During the season the coaches went above and beyond instructing and mentoring players to make each of them the best versions of themselves.
